At Isolation, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Refunds will be processed after we inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Please note that we currently operate and ship only within Morocco.

For any return or refund requests, contact us through our store email or Instagram page before sending the item back.

في Isolation، رضا العملاء مهم بالنسبة لنا. نقبل طلبات الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب. يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستعملة، غير ملبوسة، وفي حالتها الأصلية مع جميع العلامات المرفقة.

يتم معالجة طلبات الاسترداد بعد فحص المنتج المرتجع. رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في حالة وصول المنتج تالفًا أو مختلفًا عن الطلب.

يرجى العلم أننا نعمل ونقوم بالشحن داخل المغرب فقط.
